Rules of engagement

As we worked very hard to create this nice holiday home for you to enjoy, we also expect respect and proper common sense in return. Treat is as your own and all will be good.

Please respect the property by keeping it clean and livable. Keep in mind that doors and windows should be closed when operating the heating or air conditioning system. We don’t like to waste money or disrespect the environment.

Animals are not allowed“

Although we really love animals, they are not allowed to join you during your stay in our holiday house.

“No smoking in the house” We don’t allow smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or in the garden, but keep it responsible and safe and please don’t though your cigarette buds in the beautiful Portuguese nature.

“End of your stay“

No need to clean the house yourself, but please take your trash and dispose of it in the nearby containers. Leave rooms and living area ‘broom clean’ behind.

More than 8 weeks before arrival = 40%

More than 4 weeks before arrival =60%

Less than 4 weeks before arrival = 100%

The total price includes rent, electricity, water, bath linen, kitchen towels, internet, Flemish and Portugese TV. During peak season you can only rent from Sunday until Sunday. Please bring your own beach towels, these are not included. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM.

Stoffel & Moshi

If you want to rent our holiday home with a bigger group than we have room for, we gladly refer you to our friends in the neighbourhood: Stoffel & Moshi. Their B&B is only a few minutes away from our house so you can still spend a lovely holiday together.
